Sunday at the Vikings Game
Last Sunday (Oct 28) was another Minnesota Vikings home football game. Mary Beth & I have 4 season tickets in row 6, upper deck in the corner of the endzone. Mary Beth went to a bridal shower in Rochester so I went to the game with our son Eric, MB’s brother Dan and his son Andrew. Naturally Dan wore his “Ohio State” sweatshirt to the game. I guess it’s easy to be a fan of the number 1 ranked team in the country. I have been a Vikings fan all my life. It does not matter how they do on the field. I guess I’m just “old school” that way. The game was another futile effort by the Vikings (losing to the Eagles) but I still have a great time going to the games with friends and family. We went to the Vikings - Packers game with MB’s sister Jean & her husband Brian. Next week we play the San Diego Chargers. This will be the first game this year with both our boys - Eric & Ryan. The Vikings will probably lose - but I still love spending the time watching football with MB and my boys.
